As another year comes to an end, I cannot help but reflect on 2020 and its impact on all our lives. The challenges we've faced as a collective have questioned everything we knew to be true at the start of the year. But through it all, we have seen the best of mankind in action - strangers helping one another, frontline workers sacrificing everything for the greater good, essential workers showing up every single day so that we could secure groceries for our families, and the list goes on.
With that said, we at Linde Legal, wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your confidence in us, for your partnerships, and most importantly, for your trusted friendships. Our goal continues to be: make a positive impact in the community and help families plan for their long-term care needs.

Helping numerous clients obtain Medicaid benefits for Nursing Home residency (ICP), long term care Medicaid assistance at home, and enrollment in the P.A.C.E. program
Being named “Pro-Bono Attorney of the Month” by Broward County Legal Aid for providing free healthcare surrogate forms to frontline workers and those in need during the pandemic
Growing our practice to include probate and trust administration services, enabling us to help families who have dealt with the loss of a loved one and assist in settling their affairs
