Steven H. Linde, J.D., LL.M.
Founding Partner
Steven Linde was born and raised in Miami. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Miami and his law degree from Northwestern University, Pritzker School of Law, in Chicago.

After graduating from law school, Steven started his legal career in New York City as a corporate transactional attorney at a renowned international law firm.
In 2011, he returned to South Florida and matriculated in the Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning (LL.M.) at the University of Miami School of Law, where Steven graduated with a masters degree in estate and tax planning.
Steven was an attorney in the private wealth services group at Greenberg Traurig, P.A., and for the last several years, Steven has served as in-house legal counsel and trust officer for a billion dollar Florida chartered public trust company headquartered in Miami. Since 2013, Steven has been an adjunct lecturer at Barry University in Miami Shores, teaching a graduate course “Legal and Ethical Issues in Occupation Therapy” to O.T. students.
Steven’s interest in elder law developed at a young age as his maternal grandmother suffered from dementia. He watched firsthand as his family, particularly his mother, struggled as caregiver, advocate, and responsible party for her wellbeing. Navigating from independent care through assisted living and eventually to a memory support unit within a skilled nursing home, Steven experienced the wide-range of challenges that come with caring for an aging loved one. Steven is also a proud son and grandson of members of the United States Armed Forces. Both his paternal grandfather (WWII) and his mother (Occupational Therapist for the 324th Combat Support Hospital, Reserves) proudly served in the U.S. Army. ​​
When Steven is not leading our office and working hard for his clients, he serves on the several philanthropic boards and committees and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children.

Yamit holds a BA in International Relations and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Florida International University. Yamit is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Hebrew.
Yamit has over 15 years as a marketing and communications executive experience, and prides herself on making sure that the client experience is top notch!
